Online Store Terms

For example, you may not do (or authorize any third party to do) any of the following: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover or access the source code or underlying ideas, models, or algorithms of the Service, any GEYOTO products, or any other materials provided or made available through or in connection with the Service or any GEYOTO products (collectively, including any modifications, enhancements, or embodiments of any of the foregoing and any associated GEYOTO systems, “Service Materials”); (b) use any Service Materials for timesharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of a third party or for any competitive, unlawful, or other unauthorized purpose; (c) bypass or breach any Service Materials controls or safeguards; (d) remove any disclaimers or proprietary notices from any Service Materials; (e) publish or disclose to third parties any evaluation of any Service Materials; (f) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of any Service Materials; or (g) enlarge, misrepresent, or convey any misleading information regarding any warranties or other information relating to any Service Materials.

Medical Use Restriction: IMPORTANT: GEYOTO products, including portable power stations and solar panels, are not recommended for use with safety-related medical equipment, including but not limited to CPAP machines, ECMO, or other life-support devices.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You consent to receiving notices and other communications from us electronically. You agree to timely pay all amounts due. You hereby authorize us, without prior notice and without any further approval, to any amounts owed from any prepaid or outstanding balance or to charge, debit, or otherwise obtain such amounts from any designated payment method, as applicable. We reserve the right to charge interest (and collection costs) on any overdue amounts.
Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GEYOTO Inc. or its suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You hereby grant GEYOTO a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Service Materials any suggestions or other feedback you provide. You acknowledge and agree that we may generate and use, for any lawful purpose, any non-personally identifiable information resulting from or related to your use of the Service Materials, provided that disclosures by us of such information to third parties (other than our subprocessors) will be in aggregated or anonymized form.
Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Product Risk: This product is not a toy. Improper use of mobile energy storage products may result in personal injury or property damage.
Disclaimer: Except as expressly provided in GEYOTO’s Limited Warranty Policy, the Service and all products delivered to you are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your authorized use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind (including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, title, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose) relating to any Service Materials or any availability, accuracy, quality, performance, or results thereof.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no case shall GEYOTO, our directors, officers, or employees be liable (a) for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind; or (b) in the aggregate in excess of the fee you paid for the particular Service or product giving rise to the liability.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GEYOTO Inc. and our parent, subsidiaries, partners, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. You agree that any unresolved dispute arising out of these Terms of Service shall be submitted to a court located in Delaware, provided that we may seek preliminary equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Any provision of these Terms of Service held to be unenforceable shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law and shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions hereof.
