Where We Ship & How Long It Takes?
All order will be shipped within 1–2 business days after placement. We default to USPS, FedEx, or UPS delivery. Once shipped from our US local warehouse, standard delivery takes 2–7 business days.
What battery type is used? Is it safe to use indoors?
GEYOTO portable power stations use LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries, which are known for their superior safety, stability, and long lifespan compared to traditional lithium-ion batteries.
How Do You Charge a Portable Power Station?
GEYOTO portable power stations can be charged via wall outlet (fastest), solar panels, 12V car charger, or gas/diesel generator for emergency backup, ensuring reliable power in any situation.
Can I charge and use it at the same time? (Pass-through)
Yes. GEYOTO portable power stations support pass-through charging, which means you can use the device while it is being charged.
How long does it take to fully charge?
Charging time depends on the capacity and charging method: 1024Wh model: about 70 minutes via AC fast charging Solar or car charging may take longer depending on: Sunlight conditions, Panel wattage, Input power limits
How long will it last? Does it degrade over time?
GEYOTO uses high-quality LiFePO4 batteries with: Up to 4000 charge cycles (to ~80% capacity) Designed for long-term daily use. Like all batteries, capacity will gradually decrease over time, but LiFePO4 degrades much more slowly than standard lithium batteries, ensuring years of reliable performance.
What warranty do you offer?

We provide a 3-year standard warranty for all GEYOTO portable power stations.

In addition, you can get a 2 years extended warranty by registering as a member, giving you extra peace of mind and long-term support.
